PERFORM is a group class that combines cardio, weightlifting, and basic gymnastic movements in short, high intensity workouts. These CrossFit style workouts are different everyday and a coach is always present to help guide you through the workout. If you enjoy working out in a group, trying new things, and working hard, PERFORM might be the perfect fit for you!


Low Intensity Strength & Conditioning

MOVE is a program specifically designed for and tailored to athletes over 55 years of age. Each MOVE class consists movements designed specifically to help improve posture, coordination, and balance. Athletes in the MOVE program are sure to see improvements in their overall health, get a great workout in, and meet new friends!


Individual Training

Personal training is a fantastic option for athletes that don’t thrive in a group environment or for athletes looking to complement their group class training with some highly individualized workouts. Schedule your sessions when it’s convenient for you!


Intervals + Bodyweight

BURN is beginner friendly, fast paced and fun! Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Get in, get out, get fit.


Weightlifting + Bodybuilding

If getting stronger is a priority for you, our BUILD class is the perfect place to do just that! BUILD combines weightlifting and bodybuilding elements in an environment that promotes overall strength, joint health, and injury prevention.


Olympic Weightlifting

Do you like lifting heavy things and putting them back down? Our Olympic Lifting class might be the perfect fit for you! This class focuses on the technique for the olympic lifts as well as building strength in squats, presses, and more.
