Blueprints and Hotel Cards — how we prepare your sessions.

Blueprints are our bespoke program and logistics plans that define goals, session priorities, equipment needs, and the plan to help you reach your health & fitness goals. Delivered by PDF at the beginning of each training block.

For each of our clients, we provide a secure Hotel Card: a private, client‑specific blockchain secured digital brief that contains the session overview, required equipment notes, and short, personalized cue videos so you can prepare before the trainer arrives.

Baseline Performance Testing


Baseline performance testing provides an objective starting point for every travel engagement and fits within our standard 55‑minute session. Results guide the blueprint and help us tailor the Hotel Card content so your single scheduled session is maximally effective

Key devices and focus

  • Handheld dynamometry (Dynamo): we use a handheld dynamometer for reliable strength testing (grip, knee extension, isometric holds) and rate‑of‑force measures; this is the device we carry for strength quantification and it does not rely on VALD’s newer video/timing ecosystem.

  • Range of motion checks: brief ROM screens where relevant to capture joint mobility and movement constraints.

  • Functional fitness battery: a small set of performance tests (single‑leg balance, short loaded carries, timed mobility or agility markers) selected to match the client’s goals and the available space.

  • Digital capture and logging: concise notes and short video captures when useful for technique cues; key clips and metric summaries are included on the Hotel Card for pre‑session prep.

Typical testing flow (55‑minute standard)

  1. Quick setup and orientation (5–10 minutes).

  2. Dynamo strength testing protocol + selected ROM screens (25–30 minutes).

  3. 2–3 functional performance tests matched to goals (10–15 minutes).

  4. Short interpretation and immediate, prioritized notes to inform the session (5 minutes).

How results feed the blueprint and Hotel Card

  • Measured metrics and short video cues are translated into the blueprint so the planned session focuses only on what will move the needle.

  • We bundle key metrics, prioritized observations, and short, client‑specific cue clips into the Hotel Card so you and any on‑site staff can prepare the space and equipment before we arrive. This makes the single main session per day highly efficient and focused.

  • Only you and any on‑site contacts you name; access is private and controlled via blockchain technology. Nobody can see your videos, and you cannot see theirs.

  • We default to using existing equipment when it meets the blueprint requirements; we bring supplemental tools only as needed.
