Baseline Assessment - 55 Minutes.
Objective testing and movement screening to establish where you start and what matters most.
Personalized Program & Scheduling — 1–3 days after assessment
A written blueprint, session schedule, and clear short-term milestones tailored to your life & goals
Ongoing Delivery & Review
Sessions delivered where you are, session notes after each visit, regular check-ins and progress summaries with training plan adjustments to suit.

Prefer flexibility over a commitment? Use sessions when you need them and keep control of your schedule.
Details: 10 sessions to be used within 3 months; more scheduling freedom but no ongoing priority slot.
On Demand Travel Service
Our fastest‑growing service. Send us to your home away from home or event. Jurisdictional, National, & International service.
Details: Fixed daily rate based on location and needs; ideal for executives, athletes, and performers.
