For Executives & Professionals
Busy professionals and executives who need efficient, evidence‑based rehab delivered with minimal disruption to work and travel. Focused recovery, mobility, and daily function with clear timelines and logistics.
We use the same clinician continuity and clinic‑grade tools across both paths; the assessment focus and progression differ by goal — see the Physiotherapy Toolkit for the tools and measures we use.
What Physiotherapy Looks Like
A single clinician delivers focused assessment, hands‑on care, and measured follow‑up where you train. We adapt the assessment and follow‑up to your goal: sport performance work uses objective baselines; general clinical care focuses on symptom history, functional limitations, and return‑to‑activity goals.
Physiotherapy for Sport/Athletes — sport‑specific testing, asymmetry monitoring, force + ROM snapshots, progressive load prescriptions, and sample cadences for training blocks.
Clinical physiotherapy — symptom‑driven assessment, global ROM/strength checks, activity‑oriented rehab for ADLs and work return, and a clear session timeline.
How the approach differs by goal
If you’re an athlete we may recommend sport‑specific baseline testing; if you want recovery for everyday function we tailor the assessment to work/ADL goals. Each path (athlete or clinical) borrows the same measurement tools where helpful; we tailor the tests and progression to your goals.
Discovery Call - Interview to confirm fit (online or phone)
Purpose: a ~30 minute conversation so the prospect can interview us and we can confirm logistics, travel eligibility, priorities, and whether in‑person objective testing is likely helpful.
Not a clinical assessment; it determines next steps and booking type
First assessment — focused clinical evaluation (in person)
Core elements: comprehensive history, targeted physical exam including joint ROM and strength screening, functional task observation, and relevant special tests.
Outcome: clinical impression, short‑term goals, and a proposed cadence; objective baseline testing (VALD/dynamometry) is used selectively and mainly for sport/performance use cases.
Post‑session continuity & follow‑ups
Deliverables: filmed Rehab Blueprints (3–6 short clips), written cues, revision history, and short remote check‑ins or metric summaries to guide home practice and session planning.
Update policy: Rehab Blueprints and program notes are revised after each session so the plan evolves with your response to care.
Subsequent session rhythm set by clinical response & client goals
Quick flow

Canadian Physiotherapists are graduate level educated healthcare professionals who help their clients improve their physical ability & function. Physiotherapists work in hospitals assisting their clients with rehabilitation goals after changes in their health status (surgery, traumatic incident, etc.).
Physiotherapists also work in the community, helping everyone from weekend warriors to high performance athletes recover from sports injuries, stay injury and pain free, and to maintain and improve their physical ability throughout their life. This means whether you have just been injured or have long standing discomfort, seeing a Physiotherapist can be a great first step in getting you back on your feet, or becoming as strong and healthy as possible in pursuit of your health & fitness goals.
Physiotherapy is direct access in Ontario, meaning, you can see a physiotherapist without needing a doctor’s note in advance.

Client Stories
“Dear Mike, thanks for everything you did for me and taught me. I wasn’t kidding when I said this has been the most productive PT/Rehab I’ve ever encountered. Not only did we solve the mystery behind the pain and avoid surgery, I feel like I’ve learned a lot in terms of prevention and how to successfully modify movements when I’m in pain so I can work to getting back on track.
It’s all thanks to you and I’m forever grateful.”
“I have been a client of Mike’s since 2019. He is the best trainer and physio ever! I broke my back in four places two years ago and so some days I have a lot of pain and discomfort.
An hour with Mike and my back feels 20 years younger. Can’t recommend him enough”
