Step 1 Discovery Call — 30 minutes
Purpose: learn about you and your life, confirm goals, logistics, travel needs, availability, and fit.
What we do: clarify priorities, review the Session Estimator outcome (if used), and confirm baseline appointment timing.
Outcome: agreed assessment appointment and a clear plan for the first 90 days.

Step 2 Baseline Assessment — 55 minutes
Purpose: gather objective starting data and establish safe, measurable baselines.
Typical elements: movement screen, mobility checks, strength and endurance tests related to your goals established,
What to expect: pre-assessment intake forms, 55-minutes in your space, short movement demos, metric capture, and an initial conversation about training focus.
Outcome: baseline metrics related to your goals, how training will help you improve and how we will check in on your progress towards them.

Step 3 Personalized Blueprint Build — 1–3 business days
Purpose: translate assessment findings into a practical plan that fits your life.
Deliverables: written program overview (we call this your blueprint), session schedule, short-term milestones (30/60/90 day), and measurement plan.
Communication: you receive the blueprint and an online form to confirm session scheduling options; we confirm any travel/virtual contingencies.
Outcome: a game plan and confirmed session bookings.

Step 4 Ongoing Delivery & Review — weekly sessions, monthly reviews
Delivery rhythm: weekly in-person or hybrid sessions per your plan; virtual sessions fill travel days.
Session flow: Warm-up → Strength/Conditioning circuits → Cool-down → Coaching notes and “homework” for you.
Measurement cadence: session-level notes every visit, objective metric re-tests recurrently, and oral progress summaries as we go.
Outcome: updated targets, program adjustments, and a shared understanding of progress.
Typical 90 Day Milestones
Each of our clients is as unique as their fingerprint. While much of your progress depends on your consistency & training schedule, we’ve built out this punchlist to give you an idea of what to expect too.
Weeks 0–2: clear baseline, program in place, initial habit wins.
Weeks 3–6: measurable gains in targeted metrics (strength, mobility, endurance, etc).
Weeks 7–12: consolidation of improvements and planning for longer-term cadence

What We Measure & Why

Preparation Checklist for your Baseline Assessment
Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes.
Bring historical health metrics you’d like to share with us (training plans, smart watch/ring reports, etc.)
Demonstrate 2–3 priority activities or movements you want to improve.
Hydrate and arrive rested; skip heavy exercise 24 hours before testing if possible.
Session Structure (What a Typical Full Service Session Looks Like)
Quick check-in and “symptom” update (2–3 minutes, during warmup)
Targeted warm-up and mobility (6–8 minutes)
Primary training block (30-40 minutes) focused on your priority outcomes
Cool-down, cues for “homework”, and brief trainer feedback/coach notes (5-7 minutes)
Post-session summary available on request by email
Cancelations & Rescheduling
We’re reasonable — exceptions handled case-by-case.
Our cancellation policy is a feature designed to protect your progress and keep both of us accountable. If we commit to showing up at your door, you commit to showing up for your goals.
No‑shows and late cancellations: Sessions canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled start time, and no‑shows, are non‑refundable. You sign a copy of our cancelation policy at onboarding so we know we are on the same page.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
ex) move a Mon AM session to Wed AM if you notify 72h ahead.
How we handle conflicts: If travel, illness, or an unavoidable emergency arises, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution; documented exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Keeping it simple: We aim to be reasonable and consistent — this policy preserves slots for committed clients and helps maintain reliable scheduling for everyone.

Scheduling, Travel, and Virtual Continuity
Monthly plans: recurring invoicing, 3‑month minimum, converts to month to month subsequent. If you or I travel, sessions convert to virtual on those dates. Sessions expire at the end of the month, whether or not they are used.
Bundles: 10 sessions to be used within 3 months; more flexibility, but more expensive vs monthly bundles.
On‑Demand Travel: available at a fixed daily rate based on your location & needs; quoted to include flights, overnights, etc.
