Lecture at the Foreign Correspondents Club of Japan: “The Canadian Healthcare Business Landscape”
We gave a presentation for the Doyu Club of the Keizai Doyukai (経済同友会) at the Foreign Correspondents Club of Japan (FCCJ) in Tokyo.
A special thank you to the Doyu Club of the Keizai Doyukai (経済同友会) for extending an invitation to us to give a presentation about the healthcare business landscape in Canada, particularly speaking to the mixed public/private models of care, it’s similarities and differences as compared to Japan, and the rise of boutique style “delivery” healthcare services like personal training and physiotherapy for those seeking privacy, and convenience as part and parcel of their interaction with the healthcare continuum.
TLDR;
a special thank you to the Doyu Club of the Keizai Doyukai (経済同友会) for inviting us to deliver this talk at the FCCJ, and to Mr. Shohei Okuma (PT) for Japanese translation support.
